MiniRo Lab, University of Notre Dame • May 2026 - June 2026
Awarded a Naughton Fellowship Research Experience for Undergraduates. Worked in Prof. Yasemin Ozkan Aydin's MiniRo Lab on bio-inspired and soft robotics, modelling the adaptive gait of a sea star with MuJoCo physics simulations scaled onto the Center for Research Computing's HPC nodes.

Co-organized Demos Anon alongside Julian, a biweekly technical meetup at Dogpatch Labs in Dublin for builders and engineers to share side projects and experiments. Contributed full-stack features (Vue.js, React, GraphQL, AWS, Snowflake) and led frontend branding updates for a major product launch, collaborating with AI engineers and product managers to enhance usability and impact.

Implemented instance segmentation on satellite imagery to automatically flag illegal hedge cutting. Built with Next.js, Flask, and Railway, hosted on Oracle Cloud. Project received approval from National Parks and Wildlife Services Ireland (NPWS).
